If your inquiry concerns the services provided by the companies of the Logista Group, you expressly accept that your data will be sent to the corresponding subsidiary of the Logista Group for the answer of your inquiry.

 

4. What is the legal basis for the processing of your data?

The legal basis that allows us to process your Personal Data is your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

 

5. For how long shall we keep your data?

We shall process your Personal Data for as long as it is strictly necessary to fulfil the corresponding purpose, and we shall store and protect your data for as long as any liability may arise from the processing under the laws and regulations in force at any given time.

Your data will be kept for one year since reception of the online form.

 

6. Will we share your data with third parties?

You are entitled to rectification of the data we have about you. However, please note that, by actively providing us with your personal data in any way, you warrant that it is true and accurate and you agree to notify us of any changes or modifications. Any loss or damage caused to Web Site or to Web Site's managing officer or any third party due to the communication of erroneous, inaccurate or incomplete information using the registration forms shall be the sole responsibility of the user.
